The geometric vocabulary employed throughout Studio Atelier11 Office encodes multiple layers of symbolic meaning accessible to those versed in architectural semiotics and spatial philosophy. The triangular aperture functions as threshold marker between celestial and terrestrial realms—a tradition traceable through oculus designs from the Pantheon through Baroque churches to contemporary light artists—while its inverted orientation suggests receptivity rather than projection, the building opening itself to sky rather than imposing upon it. White as chromatic choice carries substantial cultural weight: purity, clarity, the tabula rasa of creative potential, the pristine page awaiting inscription, and within modernist discourse specifically, the rejection of ornamental excess in favor of essential form. The pyramid element nested within the triangular void activates archetypal associations with aspiration, stability, and the synthesis of earthly base with celestial apex that has informed sacred architecture across civilizations from ancient funerary monuments to contemporary contemplation spaces. Warm light emanating from within operates as universal symbol of habitation, welcome, and creative fire—the hearth reimagined for contemporary practice. The building's angular footprint, eschewing orthogonal convention, may be interpreted as material assertion of design thinking that challenges received assumptions and conventional approaches, the very form becoming argument for innovative methodology. The deliberate contrast between hermetic white exterior and revealed warm interior suggests the relationship between public presentation and private process fundamental to creative practice, while the rooftop terrace as outdoor room articulates commitment to permeable boundaries between interior concentration and exterior inspiration. Through these interlocking symbolic systems, the architecture communicates values of openness, precision, warmth, and creative aspiration.
The building was based on a "triangle" with the strongest visual image of the original geometric form. If you look down from a high place, you can see a total of five different triangles The combination of triangles of different sizes means that "human" and "nature" play a role as a place where they meet.
